What you need to provide
These are the things you'll need prep during the 4 weeks prior to your Design week.We recommend you block plenty of time in your calendar!
- Your website wording- you'll receive our easy to follow, tailored questionnaires
- A minimum of 3 professionally-shot photos. Potential clients do make decisions based on your images!

- Your existing branding- if you'd like to use it; relevant files and style guidelines.
- Your url, domain name and a professional email address
- You must be comfortable with using simple online tools (ie. Google docs, Dropbox)
- A can do attitude and willingness to learn!

FAQs
We use (and love) Squarespace for all our website builds. Squarespace is a user-friendly all-in-one website platform that will allow you to update and maintain your website following handover.
You will require a Squarespace subscription in order to publish your websites. We recommend the Business Plan for most websites and pricing details can be found here. If you opt for an annual plan, we can offer you our Squarespace Circle 20% discount.
If you don’t already have a domain (website address) you will also require this. If you are opting for an annual Squarespace subscription your domain cost will be free for one year, after which it is approximately £16 per year.
We will. Once you have provided all of your content ahead of the design week, we will work to add your website copy and images throughout your chosen template.

You will receive the following pages included within your website - homepage, about, service, contact. You will also receive a template services page which you can customise and as your business grows. Tutorials will be provided to walk you through this.
Your template includes a tutorial library that you will have ongoing access to. This will walk you through the platform, updating text/images and adding new pages to your website. The idea is you will take ownship of the site and have confidence to grow with your business.
All websites require a cookie and privacy policy. If you have an online shop, terms and conditions and shipping policies are also advisable. As these are legal documents we can't provide these for you but there are a number of resources online for template documents.
We will include basic SEO (search engine optimisation) set up with your Radiant Website in a Week, which includes page structure, page names, page descriptions, image optimisation and naming. Learn more about SEO best practices here.
We strongly encourage you to schedule your website in a week for a time when you know you will be able to complete all of the Homework. We will not be able to go ahead with your project if we don’t have the content available to us at the project start date. Please give us as much warning as possible and we will do our best to reschedule your project. If no warning is given there will be a fee of £150 to reschedule.
If you require additional pages, please let me know and we will discuss a custom quote. However, if you feel your business website has more complex requirements, we recommend you consider a custom website design.
We offer 7 days of support included within your Radiant Website in a Week package. Following this we can arrange a custom quote for any additional ongoing work required.
