One Week Radiant Website

HOW IT WORKS:

Book your design week

Keep in mind that you will need to prep your website content ahead of time, give yourself 3-4 weeks for this. We will require your feedback during the week, so select a time when you will be available for this.

Choose your template

Below you will find two base templates that will be used to build your website. This is what allows us to provide professional, considered design within a week. Select the design that most closely resonates with you and your brand and we will customise it to suit your needs.

Review your homework

Before your design week you must have completed your homework. This includes your photos, completed copy document and branding - for more information see the ‘What you need to provide’ section below.

Book your strategy call

Two weeks before your project start date, we will meet via video call to talk about your homework so far. This is your opportunity to ask us questions and for us to get to know you. We'll support you to ground your Vision and receive guidance for your materials

Share your content

Following our strategy call, you will have the clarity and confidence to complete your website homework and upload this to our shared Google Drive before our start date. Note - if this work is not shared with us prior to your start date we will not be able to proceed with the project

Design week starts

Using the homework you have shared with us, we will customise your chosen template with your branding, images and copy.

Progress update

Mid-way through the week, we will have a check in video call to review our progress and to ensure you are happy with your new website.

Tech set-up

Before we can publish your website, we will ask you to upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan (don’t worry, we’ll walk you through this process). We will also ask for your domain details so this can be connected ready for launch.

Handover

Once the website is complete we will transfer ownership of the website to you and share a library of tutorial videos that will give you the knowledge and confidence to update and maintain your website moving forward. You are now the proud owner of a beautiful website!

Website Wording

Tailored questionnaires to write your website content. We'll guide you to streamline and simplify your message, combining effective headlines to amplify your impact.

One to one Initial Strategy call

As you plan your photos and complete your wording we will meet with you to help you ground your Vision and clarify your strategy as well as answer any questions you may have.

Check in call through Design Week

You will see your website come to life in real time and we'll make sure we are going in the right direction.

Tech, Tutorials and a discount!

Our easy to follow tutorials to edit and control your site. Full Squarespace installation. Domain name connection and publishing of your website- to go live with ease. 20% discount on Squarespace.

Deliverables

Five pages: home, about, contact and up to two services pages. Basic SEO page descriptions. You will be able to replicate pages and add services yourself.

Support post launch

We will be available to answer any question on Slack for 2 weeks after launch.

What you need to provide

These are the things you'll need prep during the 4 weeks prior to your Design week.

We recommend you block plenty of time in your calendar!

  • Your existing branding- if you'd like to use it; relevant files and style guidelines.
  • Your url, domain name and a professional email address
  • You must be comfortable with using simple online tools (ie. Google docs, Dropbox)
  • A can do attitude and willingness to learn!
